The AUSC Region 5 Youth Games in Maseru, Lesotho
Our national team made Zimbabwe proud and our Hellenic pupils performed excelled themselves.
The much-anticipated AUSC Region 5 Youth Games event took place in December 2021. Hellenic Academy was so proud to have Anneka Colegrave, Tanatsirwa Chitsurura and Paige Van der Westhuizen selected to represent Zimbabwe. Our athletes, along with the rest of the Zimbabwe team worked very hard in preparation in the Lesotho meet, training five to six days a week from January 2021 and taking part in as many weekend competitions as possible. They were determined to prove their worth in Maseru.

- Tanatsirwa Chitsurura won 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 Bronze medals
- Paige Van der Westhuizen won 2 Gold, 4 Silver and 2 Bronze medals
- Anneka won 2 Gold medals and was part of the team that ran the 4x100m relay and won the Silver medal
