Interschools Golf Competition
Hellenic won both the Best Team Gross and Best Team Net competitions. Matthew Schonken came first in the Best Individual Net Competition, with Ella Lister and Ethan Nyatsine coming tied second.
Recently the Hellenic Academy Golf Team took part in the Interschools Golf competition which was held at Country Club Golf Course. We had twelve golfers represent the school in the main medal competition and several other keen golfers take part in the “Mexican Hat” competition. Our pupils played extremely well on a course that was proved to be very challenging. Hellenic won both the Best Team Gross and Best Team Net competitions. Matthew Schonken came first in the Best Individual Net Competition, with Ella Lister and Ethan Nyatsine coming tied second. Matthew was also runner-up in the Best Individual Gross Competition. We look forward to the next Interschools event in Term 2.
